Bohyar introduces a full set of advanced inspection and test equipment to control the whole quality process from raw materials or parts to finished products on the basis of ISO9001 quality management system. The equipment can help us in the following tests: CMM, PMI material composition, shock test, tensile strength test, hardness test, coloring inspection, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic testing, optical spectrum analysis and routine hydrostatic test. All products are strictly tested in the factory and test items can be added according to the customer's requirements. The product performance can be tested in local labs or the third-party required.

Bohyar implements zero-defect quality management with advanced data statistics and analysis to continually improve the ability of process control and management. We adopt ERP system to trace materials and components, emphasized by communication between management and staff, and ensured by utilization of 3rd party verification.
